We are in need of a Platform Product Strategist to take a pivotal role in leading one of our squads and contribute to our success by developing outstanding products that resonate with our customers.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Platform Product Strategist on our platform team at Ncontracts, you will have the opportunity to spearhead innovative and transformative projects, delighting our customers and driving business growth. For the platform functionalities you oversee, you will ensure our customers are satisfied with the products you present through impeccable execution. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your squad on their journey to develop these capabilities, and we value your unique perspective in crafting solutions that propel our business and your career forward.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritization: Continuously assess product capabilities based on market trends and customer requirements to meet the needs of over 4,000 clients. With our rapid growth, there are abundant opportunities to explore daily, making your decisions critical to our success.
  • Collaboration: Engage with customers, potential clients, and internal stakeholders to identify and recommend optimal solutions at the right time, aligned with our strategic direction and your expertise.
  • Delivery & Success: Oversee the initiatives you lead, ensuring they reach completion while measuring success and learning from the outcomes.
  • GTM Activities: Assist in go-to-market strategies so that our clients, who depend on Ncontracts, understand the value of our offerings. Communicating new features and enhancements, both internally and externally, will foster adoption and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Learn from fellow product team members and mentors within the organization, demonstrating a desire for knowledge to advance your career as a product strategist. We aim to be a world-class product organization that develops elegant, market-driven solutions for our customers across various sectors.
  • Education: Provide insights about the platform and its functionalities to both internal teams and clients, contributing to the overall success of the product portfolio.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of collaborating with development teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to prioritize, document, and guide the delivery of new features and enhancements. You are:

  • Collaborative Negotiator: Able to foster strong relationships and achieve consensus with cross-functional teams to move towards clear objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, UX design, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with platforms, integrations, or APIs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the financial technology (FinTech) or regulatory technology (RegTech) sectors is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques as part of commercially available data analysis tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, or Adobe Analytics is preferred.

COMPENSATION

The pay range for this role, with the final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award based on company and individual performance, which is not guaranteed.
