Project Overview:
- Technology Stack: The modern stack primarily utilizes JavaScript.
- Candidate Focus: Emphasis on identifying a candidate with strong analytical skills rather than specific technical proficiencies.
- Key Responsibilities: The selected individual will engage with both the legacy product (utilizing Java) and the contemporary product (utilizing JavaScript). Adaptability, the capacity to pivot and manage multiple tasks as requirements evolve, and a readiness to learn and contribute are crucial. Initially, the candidate will be assigned to one platform until they gain familiarity.
- Ideal Candidate: We are searching for an individual who is adaptable, intelligent, motivated, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and collaborates effectively within a team.
Technical Requirements:
- Legacy Stack Tools: PostgreSQL, Java
- Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in any programming language (e.g., Ruby on Rails, C#) are highly regarded. Experience with AWS is essential for both platforms, which utilize smaller containerized services.
