We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Junior Closing Specialist to join our team at Phoenix Capital Group Holdings LLC. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in the oil and gas industry.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented individual to screen all incoming documents related to outstanding purchases or leases. The successful candidate will work closely with the acquisitions, finance, and land staff and report directly to the Senior Manager.
This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze information quickly and accurately, and ensure that all outgoing documents are prepared correctly according to existing processes.
