Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team as we build cutting-edge technology solutions. This role will be an integral part of a team that focuses on ensuring secure and efficient management of user identities and data across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of complex administrative tasks for all levels of management, including external business partners.
  • Manage the complex calendar of a Senior Partner Director for a large organization (350+ members), ensuring efficient scheduling and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, process business expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee team headcount, including PCN updates, recruiting tracking, and requisition submissions, ensuring smooth personnel operations.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, department events, and offsite activities, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
  • Manage the procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  • Provide general office support and act as the primary contact for department-related inquiries.
  • Support department financial operations by handling budgets, invoices, and other financial tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, including supporting a partner-level manager.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in high-level organizational tasks, including space/equipment management, calendar support, and travel management.
  • A college degree is required.
  • Strong mastery of the English language, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on well-organized resumes and the ability to fully explain work history.
  • Experience managing or supporting a large team (300+ members).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience at Microsoft, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Proven ability to handle the responsibilities of a large corporate team with a high degree of maturity and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, produce quality work, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with assertiveness and confidence.
