Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at Providence Service. As a key member of our Corporate Administration team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Executive Director, Director of Ops, and USFHP Managers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing complex and responsible administrative support
  • Facilitating smooth operation of Corporate Administration
  • Coordinating schedules for meetings, appointments, and visitors
  • Answering telephone calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Handling work processes, including performance, supervision, and problem-solving

In addition to your administrative expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with high-level internal and external contacts.
