Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Secretary to support our Executive Directors and Senior Executives at Central Office. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support, handle confidential matters, and maintain files and office routines with discretion and diplomacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking dictation, transcribing, and preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents with accuracy and speed.
  • Preparing agendas, assembling materials, and making necessary arrangements for meetings and conferences.
  • Maintaining confidential contracts, files, and data, and assisting executives with record-keeping and data management.
  • Answering and screening phone calls, receiving visitors, and scheduling appointments.
  • Providing administrative support, including preparation of records, data, and correspondence.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with four years of clerical experience, including two years as a stenographic secretary.
  • A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university, with one year of experience as a stenographic secretary.
  • An Associate Degree with specialization in Secretarial Science, with three years of clerical experience, including one year as a stenographic secretary.
