Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and implement customer relations programs to build loyalty and retention
  • Conduct training sessions for sales and service personnel on customer service and communication skills
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Collaborate with department managers to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
