Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions for packing and moving supplies.
  • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business operations.
  • Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $15.50.
  • Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).
