Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and guest check-in/check-out processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Train and develop front desk staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain front desk operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and security procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in hotel software systems, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
