Job Summary:
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay experience. This role involves managing the front desk operations, supervising staff, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Manage front desk operations, including registration, check-in, and check-out
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
