Position Overview:

The Customer Support Advisor plays a crucial role in enabling our clients to establish, manage, and enhance their successful landscaping enterprises. This is achieved through the generous sharing of product expertise, offering tailored recommendations that enhance profitability, and consistently delivering outstanding service with a positive demeanor. As the primary point of contact, the CSR engages with customers through various channels including in-person visits and phone inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcomes both walk-in and phone customers, actively listening to their needs and challenges.
  • Views customers as partners by suggesting product solutions, upsell opportunities, and complementary items that facilitate their work and increase profitability.
  • Collaborates with colleagues and leverages all available resources to promote the company's value and ensure customers receive exceptional service.
  • Processes sales orders and assists clients in selecting and loading products.
  • Conducts follow-up communications with potential and existing clients to introduce new opportunities and foster additional business.
  • Handles customer complaints with professionalism and expediency.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and well-stocked service center.
  • Assists with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse operations.
  • Performs other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Possesses a self-motivated and detail-oriented approach.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment focused on meeting the urgent needs of business clients.
  • Communicates effectively through spoken and written channels, asks relevant questions, and employs critical thinking to resolve issues.
  • Exhibits dependability and teamwork.
  • Possesses good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 20 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
  • Must obtain forklift certification.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous.
  • Experience in irrigation and knowledge of other landscaping products is beneficial.
