This includes managing inquiries, arranging appointments, welcoming customers, showcasing products, presenting leasing and purchasing options, delivering vehicles, and following up with clients. A strong commitment to product knowledge and customer service excellence is essential.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in customer service or retail environments.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, organize sales appointments, confirm and reschedule appointments, and document all customer interactions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to ensure a specified number of outbound customer contacts (calls & emails).
  • Adhere to established protocols when addressing online inquiries.
  • Welcome customers at the dealership.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to finalize purchase or lease agreements.
  • Facilitate the delivery of new vehicles to customers, including:
    • Assisting customers with transferring personal items from trade-in vehicles.
    • Updating necessary documentation.
    • Preparing the new vehicle, including detailing and fueling.
    • Explaining features and demonstrating the operation of the new vehicle.
    • Assisting with the setup of technology features.
  • Ensure high-quality interactions with every customer.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of dealership displays.
  • Participate in required training sessions and meetings.
  • Meet or exceed performance benchmarks set by management.
  • Adhere to company dress code standards.
  • Wear the company ID badge consistently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
