You will be responsible for managing our firm's financial operations, including invoicing, bank reconciliations, accounts receivables/payables, and recording information into QuickBooks.

  • Enter payments/payroll information into QuickBooks
  • Enter Account Receivables and Payables to QuickBooks
  • Monthly and quarterly reports
  • Update and track sales
  • Creating invoices and sending to clients
  • Reviewing all invoices to ensure they are accurate
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Associates Degree in Business or Accounting
  • General understanding of bookkeeping tasks
  • 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Focused, not easily distracted, and strong ability to pay close attention to detail
