Sr. Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Sales Manager to join our team at Adams Limitless Inc. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in sales, particularly in the safety industry.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing 2 outside sales representatives and driving the growth of product lines within their scope of focus and territory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personal monthly sales targets
  • Attending customer sites for surveys and quotations
  • Producing quotations from customer enquiries / drawings based on relevant design standards
  • Setting up, planning, and presenting product lines to owners, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Collaborating with the inside sales team on orders and projects
  • Problem-solving shipping, credit, and logistic issues that inhibit meeting customer ship date requirements
  • Utilizing web-based tools to track construction projects and create new sales
  • Performing research and market analysis to assist in new product creation and higher win percentages against competition
  • Updating customer/prospect/lead database with outreach activities and new contacts
  • Developing targeted and focused marketing campaigns on specific niche markets in your given territory
  • Identifying indirect sales opportunities, potential markets, and partners to generate sales
  • Taking lead with follow-up on prospects/leads generated by company advertising, referrals, and telephone communications with the goal to achieve and exceed annual business sales goals
  • Assisting in the preparation of quotations for all product lines
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience managing and leading sales teams to hit sales targets
  • Preferably degree educated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written as well as verbal)
  • A proactive mindset to recognize direct and indirect opportunities for lead generation and sales
  • A self-motivated, individual contributor, and team player
  • A working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably
  • The ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly growing environment
  • The willingness to climb ladders on commercial buildings to complete building safety consultations
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
