Sr. Sales Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Sales Manager to join our team at Adams Limitless Inc. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in sales, particularly in the safety industry.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing 2 outside sales representatives and driving the growth of product lines within their scope of focus and territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering personal monthly sales targets
- Attending customer sites for surveys and quotations
- Producing quotations from customer enquiries / drawings based on relevant design standards
- Setting up, planning, and presenting product lines to owners, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Collaborating with the inside sales team on orders and projects
- Problem-solving shipping, credit, and logistic issues that inhibit meeting customer ship date requirements
- Utilizing web-based tools to track construction projects and create new sales
- Performing research and market analysis to assist in new product creation and higher win percentages against competition
- Updating customer/prospect/lead database with outreach activities and new contacts
- Developing targeted and focused marketing campaigns on specific niche markets in your given territory
- Identifying indirect sales opportunities, potential markets, and partners to generate sales
- Taking lead with follow-up on prospects/leads generated by company advertising, referrals, and telephone communications with the goal to achieve and exceed annual business sales goals
- Assisting in the preparation of quotations for all product lines
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience managing and leading sales teams to hit sales targets
- Preferably degree educated
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written as well as verbal)
- A proactive mindset to recognize direct and indirect opportunities for lead generation and sales
- A self-motivated, individual contributor, and team player
- A working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably
- The ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly growing environment
- The willingness to climb ladders on commercial buildings to complete building safety consultations
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
