Director of Revenue Growth

D Magazine Partners is looking for a highly skilled Director of Revenue Growth to drive sales success and lead our team to new heights. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our revenue objectives.
In this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals, guiding them to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will also oversee the use and optimization of our CRM system (Launchpad), ensuring all sales activities are accurately tracked and analyzed to support data-driven decision-making.

Key qualifications include:
- 8+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and team performance in media, publishing, or advertising.
- Strong expertise in digital media solutions, including programmatic, display, social media, and content marketing.
- Proven experience in managing CRM systems, pricing structures, and proposal processes.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental insurance, disability, and retirement savings, as well as 19 days off when our office is closed for holidays and just to take a break, in addition to vacation and personal time opportunities.
