Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Associate to join our team in Dallas, TX.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
As an Office Services Associate at Forrest Solutions, you will be responsible for managing office supplies inventory, maintaining cleanliness and organization in kitchens and conference rooms, and preparing meeting rooms for upcoming events.
You will also handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently, assist in setting up new employee workstations, coordinate with vendors for facility needs, and perform other tasks as assigned.
In addition, you will be the central point of contact for telecommunications and hospitality, answering phones promptly and professionally, ensuring cleanliness and stocked supplies in kitchen areas, organizing the office supply area daily, and assisting with copy jobs as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
A successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in Dallas, TX.
The work environment is mostly indoors with minimal hazards exposure, and occasional unplanned overtime may be required. You will need to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
