Administrative Support Specialist

At recruitAbility, we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support our leadership team in a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, document scanning, notarization, shipping, and maintenance requests.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, book travel, and manage executive calendars, while coordinating communications with employees, investors, and external parties.
- Process expense reports and manage expense approvals with leader's guidance.
- Handle investor requests, organize team events, post job roles, manage interviews and onboarding, and support the CFO with financial tasks.
- Update the CRM with communication activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting executive-level management, preferably in private equity or the financial industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Be a proactive self-starter, able to work independently, and must be able to work in Uptown Dallas.
- A Texas notary public license is preferred, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required.
