Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Clerk to support our team at Safety Control. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for answering phones, directing calls, and handling customer inquiries. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, scanning documents, and mailing information to customers as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
  • Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
  • Create and distribute estimates and invoices
  • Process accounts receivable
  • Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
  • Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with computer programs, such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Adobe software
