Location: SE Portland

Compensation: $20.80 per hour

Role Responsibilities:

The Resident Services Specialist plays a crucial role in our resident services team, responsible for welcoming residents and visitors and guiding them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Welcome residents and visitors, directing them as necessary.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, serving as an approachable presence.
  • Respond to resident inquiries, providing necessary information and updates.
  • Manage mail delivery to staff and residents as required.
  • Assist residents in completing various forms, including maintenance requests.
  • Keep a record of significant events, including resident interactions and deliveries.
  • Support new residents during their move-in process and orientation.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:

  • Preferred two years of relevant work or volunteer experience.
  • Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) in CPR, First Aid, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Narcan Training.
  • Experience working with low-income families and individuals is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
