Role Summary:
We are in search of a dedicated Community Manager to oversee two of our student-focused residential communities. This essential position is responsible for fostering a nurturing atmosphere for residents while ensuring the operational efficiency and financial health of the properties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to community teams.
- Enhance student engagement and services throughout their residency.
- Manage daily leasing activities and associated financial tasks.
- Innovate and implement training programs to cultivate a culture of growth.
