Bridal Sales Consultant

At David's Bridal, we're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bridal Sales professional to join our team. As a Bridal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a positive and professional selling environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Focus: Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm, communicate clearly and concisely, and use all systems to manage customer flow.
- Sales Performance: Maintain David's Bridal hourly sales productivity standards by utilizing the 5-Step Selling Process and consistently achieve a 65% or greater platform conversion.
- Product Knowledge: Become a trusted advisor to customers by completing training in a timely manner and continually building product knowledge and fashion trend expertise.
- Teamwork: Actively support the store team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent degree.
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
- Prior experience with computerized POS system is preferred.
