Responsibilities:


Are you a vibrant, outgoing individual with a desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you As our Community Outreach Coordinator (Sales Representative), you will be tasked with advocating for Frontier Hospice's distinctive programs and services within the community, while also enhancing our patient census and serving as a positive ambassador for our hospice services.

Your role will focus on cultivating strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other community partners, making you a vital contributor to increasing the preference for hospice services and ensuring our patients receive the quality care they deserve.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.

A minimum of two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in the healthcare sector is required. Experience in hospice or palliative marketing is highly desirable.

Prior clinical experience is advantageous.


Proficient in establishing and maintaining productive relationships with key personnel, marketing contracts, and clinical staff to ensure a comprehensive understanding of hospice services.

Demonstrated ability to generate and sustain relationships with both new and existing accounts, including healthcare professionals, physicians, and community organizations.
