Accelerate Wound Care Marketing Coordinator Oklahoma City, OK · Full time Accelerate Wound Care is a well-funded, early-stage healthcare group seeking a Marketing Coordinator to optimize outreach and marketing activities that promote our mission: to make advanced techniques in wound management accessible to patients so they can enjoy their greatest quality of life. Description Reporting to our Director of Operations and with support from our Director of Nursing/Clinical Liaison, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for strategic outreach and marketing campaigns. Their duties include developing website and marketing content like graphics, blog posts, or social media posts, planning marketing events, compiling reports about patient and facility/healthcare partner needs, and other similar activities. KEY TASKS Plan outreach activities and coordinate onsite visits for new and existing facilities/healthcare partners. Manage company website and social media content. Design marketing materials and complete orders with respect to budget. Monitor marketing analytics to gauge the effectiveness of marketing campaigns/contracts, outreach, and promotional materials. Manage CRM: collect, organize, and maintain a complete and accurate database record of serviced facilities/healthcare partners and potential contracts by region to balance services with demand. Develop summary reports for inquiries and engagements to track trends, analyze and provide insights. Develop patient/facility satisfaction surveys to improve services and track feedback; deliver summaries and escalate issues and identify areas for improvement. Support Leadership in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan, developing timeline and deliverables, organizing and planning promotional presentations. Continually seek and research new sources of prospective patients/facilities while providing recommendations to Leadership. Support positive brand image and serve as the initial point of contact for fielding new prospect inquiries and requests related to onsite visits. Perform networking at selected community and leadership events. Deliver presentations to various community groups and health organizations as needed. Develop strong relationships within the community to foster a positive image such that facilities providing long-term care, hospice, AL, LTAC, and clinic services will make AWC the wound care provider of choice. Ensure company messaging is updated and accurate in all marketing and outreach materials. Schedule company group photos and new hire headshots, gathering new hire bios for the website. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ marketing coordinator experience or similar role Ability to communicate accessibly and concisely about services to outsiders, including prospective clients, partners, vendors, and press Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and design software Working knowledge of web development platforms and design software Effective organizational skills Research and analytical skills Enthusiasm and sincerity Bonus if knowledge/experience includes healthcare organizations and contracts (Preferred long-term care or DME) Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications (or 4 years' experience) At Accelerate Wound Care, we have many benefits, including the following: Medical, Dental, and Vision Group Insurance options #J-18808-Ljbffr
