The OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Specialty Markets Vertical Solutions Team, focused on Stadium, Arena, and Public Venues. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, defining customer needs, and developing customized solutions to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Develop and implement strategies to gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Analyze customer data to derive actionable insights and inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of market research and customer feedback methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
