The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Specialty Markets Vertical Solutions Team, focused on Stadium, Arena, and Public Venues. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, defining customer needs, and developing customized solutions to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Develop and implement strategies to gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Analyze customer data to derive actionable insights and inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of market research and customer feedback methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
