About the Role

The Department of Corrections Executive Leadership is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Licensed Psychologist and Psychological Associate. This role will provide direct mental health treatment services to individuals under our care, including clinical monitoring, intake assessments, psychological assessments, individual and group therapy, risk management, and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct mental health treatment services to individuals under our care
  • Conduct clinical monitoring, intake assessments, and psychological assessments
  • Develop and implement individual and group therapy plans
  • Manage risk and provide crisis intervention services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to provide consultation services
  • Provide staff development and training related to mental health
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related clinical treatment field
  • Experience in treatment and assessment of mental disorders
  • Current Psychologist license granted by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality services to individuals under our care
