We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide person-centered counseling, advocacy, and case management services to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a variety of treatment modalities
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients
- Meet agency documentation standards and authorization requirements
- Strategically tailor clinical and case management services to meet diverse patient needs
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
- Eligibility to apply for a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor credential
- Current Washington state driver's license
- Previous experience providing mental health counseling services preferred
- Depending on assigned area, BLS Certification and proof of a safe driving record may be required
