Maternity Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Community Health Worker to join our team in the Maternity Support Services (MSS) Program in Seattle, WA. This full-time position focuses on early relational health in the 0-5 age group and provides community resources and connections.
Key Responsibilities- We will work closely with the program manager to schedule appointments, maintain client charts, enroll clients in the program, and respond to phone calls and questions about the program.
- We will follow up with clients in their homes and deliver basic health messages, ensuring they utilize medical care and other community resources effectively.
- A High School diploma or GED is required.
- One year of experience working with childbearing families is necessary.
- This role requires Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification within 90 days of hire date and must be maintained throughout employment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation, a valid WA State Driver License, and auto insurance are required.
