Job Title: Client Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Client Support Specialist to serve as the initial point of contact for new clients accessing mental health care services. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in fast-paced environments who are eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and welcoming experience for new clients calling to access mental healthcare for the first time
  • Match new clients with the mental health provider that best suits their needs and preferences
  • Educate clients about insurance coverage, authorizations, provider policies, and payment options
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed and their needs are met
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail when entering client data and maintaining accurate records
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals by providing exceptional service and supporting the growth of our organization

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer support role with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • A learner-mindset with a willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve
  • The ability to work through escalated calls with clients in a calm and professional manner
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening and empathy
  • A customer-focused approach and adaptability to different personality types and situations
  • The ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes rotating shifts during operating hours of 8am-7:30pm, monthly rotating weekend shifts 8am-4pm, and 5 shifts per week.
