Sales Support Specialist

Position Overview:
As a vital member of the Sales & Marketing team, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for performing essential administrative tasks that support the sales process and enhance client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute general office functions to assist the Sales & Marketing department, including documentation management such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying.
2. Prepare and organize sales-related documents throughout various stages of the sales cycle, including proposals, contracts, and event orders.
3. Promote and uphold the brand's image both internally and externally, ensuring consistency in communication and materials.
4. Compile and assemble informational packages for clients, including brochures and promotional content.
5. Utilize effective sales techniques to optimize revenue while maintaining strong guest loyalty to the brand.
6. Manage and verify sales-related information using relevant software systems, ensuring accuracy in commissions, leads, and third-party interactions.
Guest Interaction:
Respond to inquiries regarding property services and amenities, providing clear and accurate information about operations, rates, and special offerings.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and requests through professional communication channels.
Professional Standards:
Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance while safeguarding confidential information and company assets.
Guest Engagement:
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to established standards, anticipating their needs and expressing genuine appreciation for their patronage.
Collaboration:
Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team objectives and responding constructively to the concerns of others.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related role.
Supervisory Experience: None required.
License or Certification: Not applicable.
