Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service through inbound calls, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
* Use sales tools and techniques to cross-sell and offer extended service contracts.
* Actively listen to customers' needs and concerns to provide tailored solutions and ensure they feel valued.
* Resolve questions, manage existing customer contracts, and conduct file maintenance.
* Navigate multiple software programs for information gathering, troubleshooting, and transaction processing.
* Strive to meet and exceed departmental metrics and business goals.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a professional and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED.
* Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
* Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 40 hours a week between 6:00 AM MST and 6:00 PM MST.
* Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
* Positive attitude and ability to adapt to change.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Must be bilingual with fluency in Spanish and English.
