Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Phase Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our power electronics products to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell power electronics products and services to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients and prospects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and outcomes within established schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role.
- Knowledge of power electronics and related industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to travel to meet clients and prospects.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Competitive salary: $70,000+ DOE.
