As a Velocity Account Executive at C1, you'll be responsible for selling all products and services offered in our portfolio to Commercial and SMB customers.Responsibilities

  • Support C1's strategic growth objectives by providing sales consultation, design, support, and management of customer activity.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships with customers and potential customers in assigned sectors.
  • Analyze customer and competition situations, customers' business issues and interests, and generate strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting in accordance with C1's standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical competency in all products offered, including solutions from represented manufacturers and professional services.
  • Develop relationships with existing and potential customers to drive business growth and achieve assigned targets.
  • Resolve customer escalations and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed on industry changes and participate in organizations directly involved with C1's prime markets.
  • Improve sales techniques and sales knowledge continually.
  • Foster strong working relationships with supporting teams, such as sales support, marketing, services, purchasing, and inventory.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in solution selling with a heavy emphasis on UC/CC, Cyber Security, Enterprise Networking, Data Center, and Customer Experience.
  • Ability to call on Commercial companies with strong presentation, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates sales ability and technical aptitude.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and sales forecasting tools.
  • Experience with solution selling with a heavy emphasis on Cloud solutions, associated MS and PS services, and other solutions offered by C1.
