Request Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our financial operations team at Abacus. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis, as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Strong background in accounting, preferably with experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet recurring deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Duration and Location

This is a temporary assignment expected to last 4-6 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be based at our Abacus office.
