Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager II to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets in assigned territories across North America.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain advanced product knowledge and communicate technical details to customers and internal partners.
- Utilize selling skills to identify, advance, and close opportunities, analyzing sales data and understanding the life science marketplace.
- Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback on product performance and competitor activity.
- Provide timely communication and follow-up with customers, consistently exceeding expectations.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Cell or Molecular Biology, or a related life science discipline.
- 2-5 years of successful sales experience within a life science research tools company.
- 2-4 years of lab bench experience in Cell or Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Proven communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
We offer a competitive US base salary range of $115,000 - $125,000 USD, plus additional bonus compensation and benefits. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate must reside within the assigned territory.
