Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Experis. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform business development strategies.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, internal audit, risk, compliance, or tax.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a professional services firm or a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity.
  • Ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.
