Job Summary

The Business Development Representative is a key role in driving sales growth and revenue for Stratus Building Solutions. This position is responsible for meeting individual account sales objectives, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Attain individual and group account sales objectives through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Run appointments set by the inside sales team and deliver the Stratus presentation to potential clients.
  • Prepare and review new business proposals with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Deliver proposals within 48 business hours of running the appointment and follow up with prospective clients until a sale is made or lost.
  • Work closely with the Director of Business Development and Regional Director to achieve individual objectives and develop tools for tracking established objectives.
  • Develop and maintain economic and market intelligence files, analyzing and presenting information on current market conditions and competition.
  • Establish and maintain prospect and customer files, and cooperate with Franchise Business Consultants to start up new accounts.
  • Make recommendations on effective sales methods and techniques, and perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Business Development or Regional Director.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with G-Suite Workspace and Google Share Drive.
  • HubSpot or other CRM experience, LinkedIn.
  • Ability to navigate the internet and various platforms.
