Position Overview

Compensation: Commission on Sales

1st Choice IT, Inc. is a rapidly expanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) focused on delivering IT solutions and cybersecurity services tailored for small to medium-sized enterprises. We are on the lookout for a dedicated sales representative who operates on a commission-only basis to enhance our client outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects through various channels including cold calling and networking.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve and surpass established sales targets and quotas.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in commission-only sales, ideally within the IT services or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Self-driven and focused on achieving results.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies.
  • A genuine interest in technology and cybersecurity.
