Cybersecurity Strategy Development:
Formulate and spearhead the implementation of the organization's cybersecurity strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals.
Provide visionary leadership to the cybersecurity team, cultivating a culture of security awareness and compliance across the organization.
Risk Assessment and Management:
Perform regular risk assessments to identify and prioritize cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
Devise and execute risk mitigation strategies and controls to protect the organization from potential threats.

Establish and uphold effective security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards concerning information security.

Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and recommend enhancements to prevent future occurrences.
Security Architecture Collaboration:

Security Awareness Initiatives:
Implement a thorough security awareness program for employees, fostering a security-conscious environment.
Provide training on cybersecurity best practices and conduct regular drills to assess the organization's preparedness for security incidents.
Vendor Risk Management:
Oversee the evaluation and management of cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors and partners.
Ensure that vendors comply with the organization's security standards and policies.
Security Monitoring and Reporting:
Implement and manage security monitoring tools and processes to detect and respond to security events.
Generate regular reports on the organization's cybersecurity posture and incidents for executive leadership review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in a cybersecurity leadership capacity.
Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly valued.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, risk management, and compliance.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
