Role Overview: The Division of Financial and Administrative Management (DFAM) aims to ensure that financial resources are effectively allocated to support the Strategic Plan. This involves timely availability and efficient utilization of resources within a well-structured organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Transitioning UNICEF's PCard Solution from CIBC to the new provider, Rellevate.
2. Updating the repository of Treasury's Financial Services Providers.
3. Supporting the implementation of the Mobile Network Operator (MNO) Project.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business is highly desirable.
A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or accounting, preferably within a corporate Treasury/Finance unit, is required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and summarize extensive data are essential.
Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP, and advanced Excel skills, including the use of filters, pivot tables, and macros, are necessary.
Familiarity with Treasury and banking processes is advantageous.
Experience in a multicultural banking environment is a plus.
Knowledge of UNICEF's Financial Rules and Regulations, as well as HR procedures, is beneficial.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another UN official language is an asset.
