Position Overview

Our Summer Analyst Program is a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the financial services sector. This immersive ten-week internship is designed to introduce participants to the vibrant culture and operational dynamics of Rockefeller Financial.

Role Responsibilities

As a Summer Analyst within the Fixed Income Team, you will:
- Develop a solid understanding of Fixed Income Sales, Trading, and Research.
- Assist in the preparation of performance reports, broker analysis, and compliance documentation.
- Analyze market conditions, focusing on issuance trends, liquidity, and relative value opportunities.
- Conduct research and analysis on various sectors and client portfolios.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should:
- Hold a high school diploma.
- Be pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Have prior experience in asset management or investment operations (preferred).

Skills Required

- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $38/hour, subject to variation based on qualifications and experience.
