Compassionate Clinical Care Coordinator

The Blueprint Clinical Coordinator is accountable to the Treatment Center Director and oversees the administrative and clinical services.

Travel Requirements:
Frequent travel between clinic locations is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Monitor the treatment progress of all patients.
- Guarantee that staff maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Conduct internal program evaluations and patient record assessments, along with educational counseling regarding substance use disorders.
- Identify training needs for clinical and support staff in collaboration with the Program Director and communicate these needs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations governing patient treatment.
- Attend relevant conferences, meetings, and training sessions as required.
- Maintain a foundational understanding of substance use disorders and stay informed on current drug abuse and treatment methodologies.
- Provide intake and readmission services.
- Conduct follow-up communications with all discharged patients for a minimum of 30 days.
- Offer crisis intervention and supportive services to patients as necessary.
- Prepare interagency reports and documentation as required.
- Perform monthly individual and peer file reviews for quality assurance.
- Assist in maintaining a chart monitoring system.
- Engage in community and public relations activities, including marketing efforts.
- Collect patient program fees as needed while in the clinic.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer usage.
- Utilize computer programs effectively to ensure financial accountability and accuracy for the clinic.
- Develop professional, supportive, and effective relationships with patients.
- Function as a team leader, delegating necessary tasks to ensure clinic stability.
- Project a positive and professional image of the clinic to the community.
- Participate in and/or assist with monthly Clinic In-service Trainings.
- Conduct follow-up calls to new patients within 48 hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Medical Director and Clinical Director.

Qualifications:
- LADC with a Master's degree in behavioral health, and/or LCMHC is required.
- Relevant work experience in the behavioral health sector, with a minimum of five (5) years in substance abuse and at least one (1) year in managing a substance abuse treatment agency.
- Successful completion of a drug screening and criminal background check.
