Job Overview

At DSLR Pros, we're revolutionizing the use of drones in various industries and public safety. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help shape our e-commerce, digital marketing, lead generation, product distribution, and after-sales support practices.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for our Enterprise UAS portfolio, which includes renowned brands like Dronefly and DSLR Pros. Your role will involve managing various teams and collaborating closely with other key departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Go-to-Market Initiatives: Lead all go-to-market initiatives for EUAS brands, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop the Sales and Business Development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Strategy Development: Set clear goals and strategies for sales, business development, and customer success, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize sales systems and processes, improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide real-time and regular reporting on sales performance and key initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and pricing strategy, ensuring our products remain competitive in the market.
  • Product Positioning: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance product positioning, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance: Improve sales close rates and customer satisfaction, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Success: Transform Customer Success into a proactive department, driving customer retention and growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Several years of sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in B2B sales, particularly in the tech or hardware industry.
  • Sales Management: Experience in sales management, with a focus on relevant sectors, such as tech or hardware.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team development experience, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Communication: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Technical Awareness: Knowledge of sales principles, business management, and brand development, with a strong understanding of drone technologies.
  • Customer Service: Experience in managing customer service teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to organizational changes, with a flexible and agile mindset.
