The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the efficient movement of products and components within our facility. This role encompasses all activities within the Distribution Center, including the order fulfillment process, material handling during shipping and receiving, inventory management, and component preparation for assembly. This position operates on 1st Shift, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and foster a culture of safe practices within the department.
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks effectively.
  • Manage the organization and storage of incoming materials.
  • Ensure accurate product identification and location tracking.
  • Package items and kits for outgoing shipments.
  • Execute order picking for both internal and external clients.
  • Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and data integrity.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts as directed by Inventory Controllers.
  • Exhibit consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, promoting cooperation.
  • Respectfully follow guidance from supervisors and management.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
Educational Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is advantageous.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment.
  • Basic understanding of ERP and inventory management systems, along with fundamental computer skills.
