Resident Advocate Coordinator

The Resident Advocate Coordinator will be responsible for providing direct support services to residents in our women's shelter. This includes conducting intake interviews, completing assessments, and developing individualized service plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake interviews and assessments to understand the needs of each resident.
- Work closely with Case Managers to develop individualized service plans and provide support services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Document all interactions and progress made with residents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with vulnerable populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
