Operations Coordinator Job Description

ADMA Biologics is a biopharmaceutical company committed to creating superior products for immunodeficient patients. We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our executive team in Boca Raton, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential administrative functions to enable executives to operate at peak efficiency.
  • Coordinate email correspondence, travel arrangements, and minutes of meetings.
  • Analyze and prepare data and reports.
  • Manage travel calendars and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Design and type general correspondence, memos, charts, and tables.
  • Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, and layout.
  • Compose original correspondence, documents, and presentations as directed.
  • Support high-level executives in their daily tasks.
  • Answer internal and external telephone calls and screen calls as needed.
  • Act as project manager for special projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Five or more years of successful administrative experience, including at least three years at the senior executive level.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Initiative-taking and assertive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
