About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Massage Envy Cambridge Memorial Drive. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a team of professionals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales, retail sales, and overall business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including inventory management, customer service, and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, build relationships, and drive business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions.
