Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, and leading sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and trailer maintenance
  • Lead sales and marketing efforts to book events and increase brand visibility
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive brand experience
  • Manage cash handling and financial transactions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, operations, or sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
