We are a dynamic company that values your success and offers substantial earning potential. As a Business Development Manager, you will be a part of a team that drives new business development and fosters long-term relationships with manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with manufacturing customers to generate referrals or leads for new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement new market strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and develop long-term customer relationships to increase revenue.

Sales Strategies and Execution

  • Lead negotiations and manage complex decision-making processes to close deals.
  • Develop and deliver presentations that communicate the company's value proposition.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work with the operations team to develop weekly sales plans and strategies.
  • Share leads and customer knowledge with the sales team to ensure a collaborative approach.

Follow-Up & Support

  • Ensure service issues are identified, understood, and solved to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate forecasts through reporting to management, using data to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of manufacturing quality and inspection business to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
  • 3 Years territory sales experience preferred in a service or manufacturing market.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Available to work assigned hours based on business need.
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to travel to customer facilities on short notice.
