Business Development Manager

We are a dynamic company that values your success and offers substantial earning potential. As a Business Development Manager, you will be a part of a team that drives new business development and fosters long-term relationships with manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with manufacturing customers to generate referrals or leads for new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement new market strategies to drive sales growth.
- Identify and develop long-term customer relationships to increase revenue.
Sales Strategies and Execution
- Lead negotiations and manage complex decision-making processes to close deals.
- Develop and deliver presentations that communicate the company's value proposition.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work with the operations team to develop weekly sales plans and strategies.
- Share leads and customer knowledge with the sales team to ensure a collaborative approach.
Follow-Up & Support
- Ensure service issues are identified, understood, and solved to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate forecasts through reporting to management, using data to inform business decisions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of manufacturing quality and inspection business to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
- 3 Years territory sales experience preferred in a service or manufacturing market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Available to work assigned hours based on business need.
- Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to travel to customer facilities on short notice.
