Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Training Programs: Create comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our manufacturing employees, including technical training, safety training, and soft skills training.
  • Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions for employees, either in-person or virtually, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Assess Training Needs: Identify training needs across the organization and develop programs to address those needs.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet the needs of the business.
  • Track Learning and Development: Monitor employee learning and development, including tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Seven Plus Years of Experience in Training and Development: Required.
  • Ability to Travel Up to 10%: Required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Training, Education, or Human Resources: Preferred.
  • Knowledge and Application of Adult Learning Theories: Preferred.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Required.
  • Innovative and Creative Thinking: Required.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Required.
  • Focus on Results and Quality: Required.
  • Completing Projects in a Timely Manner: Required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Experience with Program Design and/or Curriculum Writing: Preferred.
  • Prior Experience Working in a Manufacturing Environment: Preferred.
  • Prior Experience Working with a Learning Management System (LMS): Preferred.
  • Prior Experience Creating Training Videos and Writing Video Scripts: Preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Specifically Publisher, Word, and PowerPoint): Required.
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro: Required.
